HELPING THE PEOPLE OTHERS DON’T SEE
SILVER, DRUM AWARDS, COPYWRITING
SHORTLIST, KINSALE SHARKS, ART DIRECTION
3 x GOLD, 1 X SILVER, NYX AWARDS
Cornwall is somewhere most people go to relax. For the people who live there all year it is one of the poorest regions in northern Europe, and the postcard hides it.
Hidden Help exists for the ones who never ask loudly, so the work went quiet too. Press ads in the Cornish Times, photographed like the aftermath of an ordinary day. A paper tray of chips on bare floorboards. A mattress with no cover. A plate nobody filled. Long copy underneath, written the way you would actually say it.
Silver at the Drum Awards for copywriting, shortlisted at Kinsale Sharks for art direction, and three Golds and a Silver at the NYX Awards. Role: ECD.
